Wm. Franklin Warren III

     Frank is Senior Member of Warren & Martzin, L.L.C. His areas of practice include business exit planning, business formation planning, estate planning, asset protection and estate administration.

Education

     Frank holds a BA degree in History from Oral Roberts University, and the Juris Doctor degree from Regent University.

Professional Associations

     Frank’s professional affiliations include the WealthCounsel, an association of estate planning attorneys and Business Enterprise Institute, an organization that promotes thinking in the area of exit planning for business owners and their families. Additionally, Frank is a member of the South Carolina and American Bar associations.

Personal

     Frank and his wife Nancy have been married since June 1979, and in May of 2004 became parents when their daughter Anneth was born.

     Frank’s non-professional interests include racing in the Endurance Karting Series and writing for a motorsports publication, National Kart News.

     The Warrens are active members at Mitchell Road Presbyterian Church (PCA) in Greenville, SC.
