Warren & Martzin, LLC was formed in May of 1996 by Frank Warren III, and B. Faith Martzin. Since its inception, Warren & Martzin’s focus has been on
estate and business planning. The firm's mission is to help clients and client families maintain control over their affairs. We do this by working with our client families and
their advisors to develop strategies that will help secure client families where they are, and facilitate growth in the areas they desire.
